Britney Spears is infuriated with stories claiming she's having marital problems with husband Kevin Federline and the constant speculation over whether or not she's pregnant.
Britney Spears has criticized tabloids for publishing stories about her private life.
As of today, Britney Spears posted a letter to a number of publications, reports Ananova.com. Britney wrote in the letter: "Do you, Us Weekly, In Touch, Star and other desperate magazines want employees who are honest, or those who are liars? It seems to me that you'd prefer the latter.
"I'm really concerned about the people you hire to work at your companies. I'd like them to ask themselves the question, 'What am I lying to myself about?' Is it that you are 50 pounds overweight? Is it that your children aren't making wise decisions? Or is it maybe that your husband or boyfriend is cheating on you? Until you face what is going on in your life, I guess you'll remain a false tabloid."
In other words, Britney wants overweight, neurotic and career-obsessed tabloids reporters to cope with their own family and diet problems and leave celebrities’ private life alone.
According to Britney, unless all employees in tabloids are slim, rich and happily married, they should discuss their own problems on pages of million-copy publications.
OK, I am quite skinny and have a wonderful loyal husband. There’s nothing – really, nothing – in my life to discuss. Can I write about Britney Spears now? Please?
